Country star Thomas Rhett falls at concert, leaves in wheelchair

The star of country music Thomas Rhett is recovering after a painful fall that let him need medical attention and a wheelchair.

Rhett gave an update on his injury to his 4.9 million followers on social networks.

“I have extended my ankle a million times practicing sports, but I never felt it like this last night,” he shared on Instagram, thanking fans for their good wishes.

“I just lost a stepmother … Welcome to 35, I guess it’s the new motto,” Rhett added. “I just received an radiography and thanks to the Lord, nothing is broken … It’s just a twisted sprain …”. ”

Hey added that “I can’t put weight” on his ankle yet.

On Instagram, his wife, Lauren Akins, 35, was seen pushing her husband in a wheelchair. Then, the video goes to Frank’s performance on stage with text that said: “30 minutes before.”

“I can’t sing Thomas Rhett’s Fresh, right?” Frank told the roar crowd. “Hey … where are you?”

The following video clip showed Rhett in the crowd with a focus of attention on him.

When Rhett, to walk on the stairs to join Frank, said at the time he was about to fall into the sand.

“3 … 2 … 1,” said the video text before seeing Rhett falling down the stairs on slow motion.

Althegh, the singer of “Die A Happy Man” said he did a “quick recovery”, Rhett was seen jumping on stage to join Frank.

He wrote “Pain” in the video clip and cool Frank a Sithit Shake.

Rhett seemed to be in a good mood as he took the stage to the rhythm of music in high energy performance with Frank.

“Occasionally you have to sing at a Forrest Frank concert and break your ankle in the process,” Rhett said, while sitting in a wheelchair. “I cooled everything for Tennessee tonight.”

Rhett’s social networks legend said: “@hiforrest told me to stop and go in a wheelchair.”

He finished his video with his wife pushing him in a wheelchair.

Rhett married his wife in 2012, when they were both 22 years old.

They share four daughters: Willa Gray, Ada James, Lennon Love and Lillie Carolina.

In 2023, the singer of “Gone Country” had a serious concert in defa of a duration of a performance in Nashville.

Rhett was alerted to a situation in the crowd after a fan had a medical emergency, which caused immediate concern of the field singer and his team.

In a video obtained by Fox News Digital, Rhett had just finished singing when he acknowledged that there was something wrong.

“Hey, there is someone here who is … really wounded,” he announced. Rhett then asked if there was any medical staff at the audience.

Rhett stopped his concert for several minutes when Medes attended the person in trouble and took him out of the place.

The additional video showed Rhett asking those around him by the name of the man, who then knew he was Terry.
