James Brolin has opened about the secret of his eternal love with his wife Barbra Streisand.
The “Ransom Canyon” star, 84, has been married to Egot winner, 82, for almost three decades, but accredits only one thing like secret sauce for the success of its union.
“The best investment we have made is our mattress,” Brolin said an appearance in the “Today” program on Tuesday.
“And do not melt me. We are both lazy. We love to sleep late. We do a lot about our work by phone, in paper, reading, right next to the other.”
The “Avengers” actor also shared a vision of how he and the “way we were” approached disagreements behind closed doors.

Brolin married Streisand on July 1, 1998 after being established in a blind event two years before.
