These new creatures are really making a splash.

The Long Island Aquarium offers the public the opportunity to name an adorable lot of brothers, two pairs of otter from the North America River of Boy and Girl, for a very moving reason.

“We chose 4 names with fruit themes for the two girls, in honor of their grandmother, Jelly, who lived in the aquarium from 2008,” said spokeswoman Darlene Puntillo to The Post of the Mammal who died of cancer years ago.

The public has been asked to name four new natives impressively beautiful in the Long Island aquarium. Long Island Aquarium

The options are between Cherry, Fig, Kiwi and Peach for girls, and for boys, there are anacardos, nut, pistachio and walnut.

The four names of male themes are “thesis otters” to honor thesis otters “, peanut butter.”

They were born last February of the beloved Flo of otria and the partner called Stark. The aquarium described the couple as a fun pack that is “very active.”

Now when you reach yours, the surveys are open on the Marine Life Center website, where fans can choose between four different names with food themes for puppies.

Almost 4,000 people have already voted.

“Guests can vote as another as they want, and winning names will be announced on Mother’s Day,” said Pointillo.

While the aquarium celebrates its 25th anniversary, Flo and its offspring can be seen in the exhibition of 1,500 square feet “Falls”, which also has a nine -foot waterfall until the fall of 2026.

North America’s otters usually weigh up to 35 pounds. And grows up to five feet high. They usually live from 10 to 20 years.

Stark, who was born in 2013, has not yet met his children for security reasons while learning to walk and swim.

“Once puppies can swim safely, we can start presentations with Stark,” Puntillo added.
