Washington: The White House has begun to notify Congress a request to eliminate “all” public transmission funds and encode foreign cuts identified by the Efficient Department of the Government of Elon Musk, as it has been known.

The main proposed with Naufla in the “termination” plan include $ 1.1 billion in funds assigned for the Corporation for Public Transmission, which provides funds to PBS and National Public Radio, and $ 8.3 billion of USAID.

A memorandum written by the Budget Director of the White House, Russ Vought, requested by the leaders of the Congress of the Republican-CPB party or a “history of Lury of anti-conservator” and cites “waste and abuse” in USAID.

The formal transmission will begin a 45 -day clock so that the Republican Heroes Chamber and the Senate adopt or reject the Plan, which the White House believes that the termination plan of President Trump will pass in 2018 that failed in a vote in the Senate.

“From the first day, the Trump administration has directed the waste, fraud and abuse in federal expenditure through executive action, the revision of duxes and other efforts by the departments and agencies. COVES has expressed strong strong strong interests, Yyyyyyy Inds,” says Voucht’s Memo.

“OMB recommends that the administration respond with two proposals to reduce $ 9.3 billion. The first includes a termination of $ 8.3 billion in unnecessary foreign aid expenses (of $ 22 billion) that does not expire to Alding Alling 2025. For the Corporation for Public Transmission (CPB), which fond the public radio and public television system biased.”

The White House memorandum points out that the executive director of NPR, Katherine Maher, once called President Trump a “fascist” and “racist upset”, which he told Congress last month that he now laments, and cites two transgender characters of PBS Programs.

NPR and PBS have several sources of income, including the main subsidies of the foundation, advertising and voluntary donations of spectators and listeners, which means that Neether is probable cease operations if they lose federal funds.

The Musk Doge initiative seeks to reduce $ 1 billion in annual expenses, a sum that half of the annual federal deficit, and some cuts can be made without legislation.

The memorandum identifies numerous examples that says they are “illustrative of waste that could continue without termination.”

The List Includes $ 9.4 million for “Championing Transformative Changes in Gender Standards,” $ 3 Million for Iraqi Sesame Street, $ 500,000 for Electric Busses In Rwanda, $ 6 million for Palestinian Media and Civic Society, $ 882,000, $ 4000, $ 4000, $ 4000, $ 4000, $ 4000, and $ 4000, and $ Million. Haiti, and $ 3 million for circumcision, vasectomies and condoms in zambia.

The package contains smaller cuts of three smaller agencies that President Trump attacked in an executive order in February that asked them to reduce “the presence and minimum function required by law”, including $ 15 million of the United States Peace Institute, $ 27 million of the Inter -American Foundation and $ 22 million of the Development Foundation of Africa of the United States.

Trump tried only a termination package in his first mandate. The $ 14.7 billion in proposed cuts approved the camera, but by little they were defeated in the Senate in a 50-48 vote, with the then Sen. Richard Burr (R-C) that the plan is transmitted on its objection to address $ 16 million in United Money in the Land and Water Conservation Fund.
