Tyra Banks reveals why she ditched the US and moved to Australia with her family: ‘Dream come true’

Tyra Banks says that his new life in Australia has been a “dream come true.”

The former model, 51, opened her transfer under an appearance as a guest coanfrerion in Monday’s episode or “today with Jenna & Friends.”

“So I have this ice cream company, Smize and Dream,” said former “America’s Next Top Model” presenter Jenna Bush Hager of her commercial company, which started in 2021.

“I will go to Australia a lot because we were making a lot of cream there in this great installation, making our recipes.”

After realizing that his business was thriving, Banks and his partner Louis Bélanger-Martin decided to divert the angels and move to full-time Australia with his son York Banks Asla, 9, whom he shares with former Erik Asla.

“I fell in love with him. Every time I came back and returned … and the three countries that eat the most ice cream: America, New Zealand and Australia. Then I thought: ‘I’m happy here and we love to dance, so I’m going, with an ice cream called?’ ‘ And we did it.

“Get up and shine. Welcome to my house in Sydney, Australia. It’s 6:30 am, and that means it’s time to prepare my coffee,” he says in a clip filmed in his kitchen, on the port of Sydney.

Banks then drinks some sips of his beer before watching the camera to “one of my favorite places”: Tumbalong Park.

“People come from all about Sydney to enjoy this park,” he says in the video. “They have what we call a small aquatic park. There are swings and things for children. There is a new place they have built for older children that they reason that moves their son away. So be careful when you come here.”

Banks then showed fans the views of Darling Harbor, a popular tourist attraction that offers impressive sea views.

“Look at the water, so incredible. And that’s where my future cream of cream will come true,” he said. “Making ice cream has been a life of my lifelong and everything is happening here in Australia. This idea is a tribute to my mother Carolyn.”

The old model also made sure to show Sydney’s opera, calling it the “most iconic view.”

“I think we know what beautiful and beautiful building is right there,” he says while he points out. “I just saw a show there. Do you know what to be in Australia?

“Now the best parts of Sydney are the views, and we can travel in Ferry. This is the beautiful port of Sydney at night,” he added.

Banks revealed that his ice cream business continues to grow so much that he is currently in the process of opening a “3000 -square -feet flagship store in Sydney.

“Australia has been a dream come true for me and my family,” Banks added.

In January, Banks revealed that his Los Angeles house had caught fire in the devastating fires that devastated California.
