Washington – New York Attorney General, Letitia James, was beaten with a federal criminal reference for cases of alleged mortgage fraud on Tuesday, according to a letter obtained by the position.
The director of the federal housing FHFA, William Ablicte, sent the letter to the attorney general Pam Bondi and Deputy Ag Todd Blanche, claiming that James had “falsified records” to obtain homemade loans for a property in Virginia that she said “in 2023, while while she was in 2023, while while while she was while she was while she was while she was while she was in the prosecutor.”
In February 2001, James also bought a home from five families in Brooklyn, but has “consistently consistently manage the same property that only has four units in applications for construction permits and numerous documents and mortgage requests,” the letter.

About attached several documents that also showed that James bought another property with his father as co-firming, but falsely listed the couple as “husband and wife” in 1983 and 2000.
“While this was a long time ago, it raises serious concerns about the validity of Em. James representations about mortgage requests,” Hey.
