Travis Kelce details where ‘American Pie’ reference in Taylor Swift’s ‘TTPD’ song comes from

Swifties know Travis Kelce’s references very well.

Kansas City Chiefs shared anecdote about seeing “American Pie” in Wednesday’s episode of his “New Heights” podcast, the same movie Taylor Swift sings about school. “

The 35-year-old athlete did not mention the song, who believes it is about him, while talking to the brother and co-elanfitrion Jason Kelce, but Taylor Swift fans trapped with the need for the head anyway.

Travis mentioned the 1999 film while asking his 37 -year -old brother, to think of the first film with R -classification.

“The one who I remember seeing that I did not even realize that I was qualified was ‘American Pie’, and that was, as, 10,” recalled the wing closed. “I feel that I had to have seen a couple before that.

“I was just king going to the movies,” Travis continued, agreeing with Jason that Father Ed Kelce and his mother Donna Kelce would not have tasks to see that launch.

“I forgot how I put on,” said Kansas City Jefess. “I could have the leg there with the parents of another person.”

A social media user tweeted the clip while cited the Swift song, of April 2024 album “Department of tortured poets: The Anthology”.

Apparently he refers to his super -Bowl extraction partner in another part of the song with the lyrics, “you know how to dance, I know Aristotle.”

In addition, he asks if the mysterious man who is singing is going to “marry, kiss or kill her”, an apparent nod to a viral video or Travis playing “Kiss, Marry, Kill” in 2016.

The NFL star, at that time, decided to kiss Swift, married Katy Perry and killed Ariana Grande.

When Travis revealed to the people in May 2024 that “So High School” is his favorite of his girlfriend’s last album, he admitted to having been “a bit partial.”

“The Alchemy” is also believed that it is the “Catching Kelce” student, thanks to a variety or football references that swift does.

She and Travis have been coming out since the summer of 2023.
