A disbelsed Texas couple declared himself guilty of forced tattoos to their two young children while they were restricted, gagged and with their eyes, and then the abuse laughed when the ink was discovered.
The mother and stepfather, Megan and Gunner Farr, admitted to having used a Stadle to tattoo the 5 and 9 -year -old boy, and then frantically trying to eliminate marks scraping and rubbing the “bottle” of the skin of the child’s skin.
