A Texas man faces multiple charges for serious crimes after his three Pit Bulls killed a neighbor to death, and was slapped with offenses only one day after being accused of murder in a separate case.
Marshall Garrett, 38, faces a full -related unrelated murder position in addition to three dog attack positions as a result of his neighbor’s death, Harriette Phillips, last month, Ktrk said.
