What will Aaron Rodgers do?

That is what Steelers probably ask, since the 41 -year -old field marshal has not yet made a public decision about his free agency.

And, on Wednesday, Dianna Russini of Athletics told Colin Cowherd in FS1 that Rodgers has not given Pittsburgh any recent update about where her head could be without signing.

Rodgers’ options have decreased when the jets moved from the field marshal, the giants signed Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston and the vikings probably ready to move forward with the young signal call JJ McCarthy.

According to Sports Illustrated, Rodgers even launched the Vikings by signing a one -year contract to make a Super Bowl race, although they decided to stay with McCarthy, who lost the entire 2024 season after submitting to two sub -forests.

Since these teams continued, the Steelers a chief coach Mike Tomlin have been seen as a logical adjustment for Rodgers.

Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reported in early April that Steelers are still “optimistic” that they can bring to Rodgers.

The CBS Sports reporter, Aditi Kinkhabwala, reported that Rodgers “is not going to play just for the good of playing” this next season, since he wants to play with a team that is a legitimate contender.

Pittsburgh, with Russell Wilson and Justin Fields in the center, ended last season with a 10-7 E record and arrived at the playoffs, losing in the wild card round against the rival Ravens.

In their second and last season with the Jets, Rodgers launched for 3,897 yards and 28 touchdowns when the team finished 5-12 disappointing, one year retired from their season-cliles surgery.
