I have been in the Joe’s podcast several times before and I have always enjoyed it.
Joe is a teacher of his art.
Many people think they can speak casually but interesting for hours.
That is mainly because Joe makes it look so easy.
But this time I got rid of a question.
Having not spoken with Joe since wars began in Ukraine and Israel, I had become increasingly annoying than the guests he has almost completely anti-Giraine and Anti-Israel.
Many of the last in particular are not only revenge and maliciously anti-Israel, but have a bone that throws statements that are demonstrably false.
Many are also people who are simply not experts in what they are talking about.
Attacks against Israel
One of these is a comedian named Dave Smith.
Claiming some Jewish descent, the 18 months have passed since October 7, 2023, being a lot of fun.
Specifically, he has decided to spend his time in the world of podcasts that sounds over Israel.
In the process, he greatly quotes people like him, people who have many opinions but there is no obvious experience.
People like Darryl Cooper, who says he is not a historian, but has been invited in some of the world’s biggest podcasts as “a historian.”
One of Cooper’s many ahistoric statements is that Winston Churchill was the main villain of World War II.
On these and many other occasions, Cooper simply has a song about history.
When the greatest living expert in the world in Churchill was invited to debate last year, he refused, saying that he did know that he would go against such a figure.
However, Cooper is still invited in the show after a show to throw false hoods that can be just again.
And who his online interviewers seem happy not to challenge him.
Another figure of this type of the world of comedy that is changing its form to fit the time is Rogan’s guest, Ian Carroll.
This is some that when it lasts in the Joe Rogan’s podcast tried very carefully minimizing Adolf Hitler’s evil.
Scandalies and falsely completing, Carroll said that in the 1930s, Hitler had maintained his low anti -Semitism.
A probable false statement that Rogan did nothing to counteract.
All these men also have the legs in line with holocaust and proud anti -Sites as Jake Shields.
My fight in Rogan
Two weeks ago, Rogan had his partner Dave Smith once again for a long podcast.
But for my return to the show, the treatment was that it could come only if Dave Smith were, once again, in the study.
As if Joe wouldn’t want to be accompanied.
Or that Joe thought it was me, or all his guests, who must be challenged.
I like a debate as much as the next Scottish.
But Whated was more than a debate.
It seems to have led to a collapse of children or podcast -world.
The first reference was that from the beginning I challenge Joe in his choice of the guests and why he had a leg giving a platform to the side of a debate, and a very conspiring one in that.
He and Dave were immediately defensive.
But the real problem occurred when I raised the issue of experience.
Because as I said then, and we have said, we have lived a period in which the “experts” have been wrong with terrible things.
From the Covid laboratory leak to the Hunter Biden laptop, we have lived years after which the distrust of experts has become inevitable.
However, that does not mean that experience does not exist.
It does not mean that a comedian can simply resist it as an expert in the Middle East and must be on the list as if he had any body.
It does not mean that someone who says that he is not a historian, but that he practices this false Historyna part, must be cited as a historian.
This point seemed to irritate Dave and Joe.
His audience seems to have furious.
Because many people seem to think that what I mean is that they are not allowed to have an opinion.
That’s wrong.
I think they are.
It is just that it should be a price to pay for the propagation of bulls – t.
And a price is that you should call yourself.
Do you have a leg there?
If he had gone to the podcast and hero of Joe as an expert in MMA’s fights, I suspect he would have noticed.
If I had continued to commit fog after error and show ignorance accumulated by ignorance, then I think I would say: “Hey, it does not seem very well informed about this.”
And he would be right.
So why is it difficult to cover that something similar is applied in other areas?
In larger rings and more important fights.
Having spent most of the last 18 months in Israel, Gaza, Lebanon and Ukraine, I don’t think everything knows.
But I think I know a damn view more than some like the Dave comic, which admitted that it never only to the region that spends all his time talking.
“Oh, then you have to go to a country to comment, right,” he said part of the Internet?
Again, the answer is not.
But if it is his work, or he is making him his work, then he is likely.
If you file columns for this document that will pretend to be an expert in countries where it would never happen, I would expect my readers to complain.
As they should.
If you present columns on a war zone from the security of West Palm Beach, I think it would be fraud.
Journalism has had its own crisis in recent years.
But it does not mean that we do not have standards.
A lot of thought that could surprise some people.
What the standards are still being resolved in the new media, especially in podcasts.
But there must be some.
Otherwise, the new media will take people to anthors and ills much larger than the old media could dream.
