Shane Lowry was one of the first to congratulate Rory Mcilroy after she won the Masters on Sunday, greeting him with a hug as fast as the media greeted Lowry with questions about Mcilroy a previous day.

The two friends for a long time hugged after Mcilroy sank a Putt to win the sudden death playoff against Justin Rose.

Mcilroy was crying new tears of joy, while Lowry was all smiles and raised his future green jacket friend in triumph.

On Saturday, Lowry fired a solid 16 holes before recording Bogeys in 17 and 18.

Instead of questions about his game, he thought, he was with questions that surrounded Mcilroy and his potential path to win the tournament.

“I’m not going to be here and talk about Rory for 10 minutes,” Lowry said after the third round. “I am also trying to win the tournament. I know that is what all of you because they talk, but I just finished, I finished, I have the opportunity to win the Masters tomorrow, and I will go hitting some balls.”

Lowry also dug in the general format or the media talk to the players after the events.

“I’m going,” Lowry said. “I think we need time. I think I need half an hour to sit there and gather my thoughts. I can’t come to talk to you immediately. I shouldn’t be happening. I don’t agree with that.”

While I was fed up on Saturday, Lowry’s emotion after Mcilroy’s victory showed that the incident voted for his friend.

As for his good friend, the teachers from above and down Mcilroy ended up in Gloria with a Grand Slam of his career.

With the opportunity to win everything, Mcilroy lost his putt, but the Irish of the North was redeemed in the playoff against Rose, shooting three to four from his opponent.
