Rapper Tay-K convicted of murder for shooting photographer while fleeing another murder

The rapper Tay-K, better known for his successful 2017 song “The Race”, has been convicted of murder for the second time.

The 24 -year -old, whose real name is Taymor Mcintyre, was previously sentenced to 55 years of Behaind bars in 2019 in relation to the murder of Ethan Walker, 21, Dering, an invasion of the failed house.

Six years later, the Native of California faces additional 5 years of prison after being guilty for fatally shooting a photographer while fleeing the police for the initial murder, which took place in 2016.

Tay-K was placed in the house trial at that time and he was ordered to use an ankle monitor.

Meanwhile, Latian Merritt, the man accused of shooting Walker, received a life imprisonment for the murder.

While the jury found Tay-K guilty of murdering Mark Anthony Saldivar, in April 2017, they did not find him guilty of capital murders, which entails an automatic perpetual chain, reports News 4 San Antonio.

According to the trial order related to the second murder, the rapper acted as an accessory as part of a group that picked up the 23 -year -old San Antonio, Texas, for a photo shoot that took place nearby.

“Taymor Mcintyre is not guilty of capital murder, murder or involuntary homicide, and the reason for that is very simple,” said Tay-K’s lawyer, John Hunter, in court, according to Ksat. “You have to do well. You have to do the job. And this case clearly demonstrates that the work was done.”

The publication has communicated with the representatives of Tay-K to comment.

At the time of the second murder, the rapper released his successful song “The Race”. A few hours after he released the video of the single on June 30, 2017, the police arrested him in New Jersey.

Since then, the music video of the song has accumulated around 251 million visits on YouTube.

The rapper received a 30 -year prison sentence and a fine of $ 5,000 a position of aggravated robbery.
