Dario Martínez, a retiree in his 80 years, has lived in the area for more than 20 years and said he was shocked, but not surprised, for rape.

“Oh my God!” He said with his eyes and mouth open when he reports the incident. “At night you have to be careful. It is dangerous here, very, very bad. It is not surprised. At 9, I do not recommend anyone walking here, especially the elderly.”

The suspect of the rape was last seen with a black baseball cap with a black Adidas logo, black and white sport shoes Air Jordan 3, black sweatshirt with red lyrics that indicate, “ghost face of fear” and black pants.

“You have to cut me, shoot me … but you’re not having sex with me,” he said. “I would shout, shout. I would defend me. I would have to kill me or they will kill him, it is or, but he is not doing that to me.”

He felt “really bad” for the victim, he added.

“It is probably traumatized,” Frazier said. “I hope you recover your trust. That is not easy to happen.”
