Luigi Mangione has been accused of federal positions for his alleged murder of the CEO of UnitedHaalthcare, Brian Thompson, the government said Thursday after he revealed the death penalty in the case of high profile.
The accusation of four positions was revealed in the Federal Court of Manhattan, accuses Mangione with four positions, including the murder by using a firearm and harassment.
The 26 -year defendant of murderer, who is separated accused in the State Court of Manhattan, will now compare before a federal judge in the next few days to formally respond to the charges.
The United States Attorney General, PAM Bondi, announced on April 1 that the federals will urge a jury to take the other way to order what Manhattan’s first federal execution would be in 70 years.
