The federals have done nothing to comply with the judicial orders to make the Government of the Government of El Salvador know that the member of Mrs. -13 Kilmar Abrego García after being unfairly deported to the Hellhole Cecot prison in the country, his lawyers clayed.
“Government updates do not indicate that no step has leg tasks to comply with these courts and the orders of the Supreme Court,” wrote Abrego García Lawyers in a presentation of the Federal Court of Maryland of three pages on Tuesday morning. “There is no evidence that someone has requested the release of Abrego García.”
The Trump administration argues that Abrego García is a member of the saving gang MS-13 and that he was in the country illegally, despite admitting that he was deported as a result of an “administrative error.”

An immigration judge previously gave protection of deportation after he claimed asylum.
Abrego García-A resident Maryland was sent last month to the Center for Confinement of Notorially Dangerous Dangerouuss and Overcrowded along with 260 members of reputation gangs under the law of alien alien enemies of the 18th century.

But the measure was against a 2019 court order that blocks the deportation of Abrego García on Conerns that would have been attacked by groups such as the Barrio 18 gang.
The United States Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to “facilitate” the return of man.
Abrego García’s lawyers are expected to be in a federal court in Greenbelt, Maryland at 4 PM while demanding the administration of their removal.
In Testday Morning documents, Abrego García’s lawyers said the federal statements that the order of the Superior Court only requires that they eliminate the “domestic obstacles” for the return of their client.
“To give any meaning to the order of the Supreme Court, at least the Government must request the release of Abrego García,” says the presentation. “To date, the government has not done it.”
