Blames vinaigrette dressing.
The SNY analyst and the legend of the Mets, Keith Hernández, suffered “a little chuck” that interrupted him while the live air duration of Mets 6-3 before the twins in Tesday Night in Minneapolis.
Hernández and the gaming man Gary Cohen then put his detective limits to find the culprit.
It all starts with Hernández in the midst of praising Mark winds for his favorite thing, good funds, in the eighth entrance.
“Enter and put the ball to the race, strong arm,” Hernández said as he details a displacement before stopping for a second.
“Excuse me.”
“You’re fine there,” Gary Cohen asked.
Hernández replied: “Yes, he had a bit of sweetness. A little chuchery.”
That answer caused a Cohen Heary laugh.
“I don’t think we need UPCHUCK here,” Cohen said, which made Hernández laugh.
The former First Baseman replied: “He simply came out of nowhere. Just in the middle of my prayer. I’m sorry, I apologize.”
Then, the two discussed what could have caused indigestion.
“He had chicken and mashed potatoes,” Hernández said.
“That shouldn’t produce anything,” Cohen said.
Hernández then tried to solve the case.
“Maybe the salad with a little vinaigrette,” he said.
Cohen continued a moment later: “Maybe I did not chew the lettuce in depth.”
Hernández then focused only on dressing as the culprit.
“The vinaigrette, you know how you could get rid of you,” Hernández said while making a gesture.
“If you’re so inclined,” Cohen said.
Hernández and Cohen will return to the air on Wednesday afternoon for the final of the series in the twin cities and we hope that the salad will be skipped this time.
The Mets (11-6) point to their fifth consecutive victory in the series in what will be a Bullpen game after Griffin Carning had to be scratched due to a disease.
