Katie Thurson is opening on her health trip.
After revealing that he was diagnosed with breast cancer in February, the star of reality then updated the followers that cancer had spread to the liver and was stage 4.
Now, Thursmon, 34, details what she calls the “most difficult part” of her trip while in the podcast “awkward conversations with Emmanuel Acho”.
“I think being alone is the most difficult, if I had to choose something,” he said in an exclusive clip obtained by people. “And it is why I am so grateful to have this community online. [Husband Jeff Arcuri] He travels a lot for work, so he has gone real for the next few days. And soon this summer will become international. “
Thurston added that “he can’t imagine how people do this alone.”
“It is one thing to listen to your support, and it’s great and I am grateful,” continued the student of “Bachelorette.” “But to listen to another cancer survivor like ‘I was in that regime exactly 15 years ago,” that gives me the greatest hope at the end of the day. “
In the clip, Thurson cried when the host Emmanuel Acho, 34, asked if Esperanza is what he needed.
“Yes. I think you have to have a Reasson to live. I think you have to have something that makes you want to see tomorrow,” he said while crying. “And I think without hope, you don’t have that opportunity.”
In March, Thurson revealed to followers that his cancer had spread.
“After days of waiting, unfortunately, today I discovered that my breast cancer has spread to the liver,” he said in an Instagram video at that time. “It is quite small, however, it puts me in stage four.”
“I know that stage four may sound very scary, and it can be,” Admitted Thurson. “However, since I am triple positive and the points of my liver are quite small and detected early, I feel very optimistic in my result.”
Then he assured fans that he was “very safe” with his doctors and his medical care.
Last week, Thurson shared his treatment plan in another video of social networks.
“Confirmed Her2 Negative. What This Means is not chemo. Instead i’ll be on Letrozole + Kisqali + Zoladex As My First Line of Treatment.
