President Donald Trump announced on Sunday that he is “bringing Columbus’s day back from the ashes” after “the Democrats did everything possible to destroy” the 15th -century Italian Christopher Columbus, whom the Italians love.
“I am bringing Columbus Day of the ashes,” President Trump said in a real social position on Sunday. “The Democrats did everything possible to destroy Christopher Columbus, his reputation and all the Italians who love him so much.”
The 45th and 47th President added that the Democrats “torn their statues and put nothing more than” wake up “, or worse, nothing at all!”
“Well, you’ll be happy to know, Christopher is going to make a great return,” President Trump proclaimed. “I am restoring Columbus under the same rules, dates and locations, since it has had all the previous decades!”
The Trump Columbus Day statement comes immediately after the president and the first lady Melania Trump flying to Rome, Italy, where they attended the funeral of Pope Francis along with a variety of other world leaders who lend respect on Saturday.
As Breitbart News reported, the origins of Columbus Day, commemorating Christopher Columbus, a voice of efforts to combat racism against Italian immigrants, who endured everything, from racial epithets to lynching turbs when the states for the first time.
But in the era of canceling culture and Wokess, American Italians found themselves facing a new type of mafia, one that seeks to discard federal vacations that celebrate Italian immigrants and replace it with a “day of indigenous peoples”, claiming that communion.
In October 2021, then President Joe Biden issued the first presidential proclamation for the Day of Indigenous Peoples, adopting the practice pushed by the left as a replacement for Columbus Day.
