An illegal migrant was declared guilty of rapeing and killing the mother of five Rachel Morin, “vicecinutically”, after the jury deliberated for less than an hour on April 14, according to the reports.
Victor Martínez-Hernández, 24, was convicted of first-degree murder, rape in first degree, first-degree sexual crime and kidnapping after Morin, 37, was killed along a path to about 30 miles northeast of Batimore in August 2023.
The guilt verdicts occurred after less than an hour of deliberations, WBFF reported. The NY Post David Propper reporter shares this story.
