Hop to Easter brunch at South Bay and Peninsula dining spots – The Mercury News

Do you have family in the city for Easter? Go to the Fountain restaurant in The Signia by Hilton Hotel in downtown San José, where the annual Easter Brunch of Executive Chef Joe Derla presents individual portions for soup and entrance, with unlimited salads, decadent seafood plates and a variety of desserts.

The diners can choose between individual dishes, such as ribs cut with Chianti, lamb’s shelf from Za’atar, squid ink pasta with halibut or a grilled vegetable Wellington, with the option of adding Tomahawk squeak steak for the table. The desserts of everything you can eat include coupcakes of carrot cake and crème brûlée. An entrance menu for children is available, and adults receive a mimous courtesy.
Brunch costs $ 150 for adults, $ 70 for children aged 5 to 12 who order a menu dish for children and courtesy for children 4 years or less. The price includes taxes and tips. Book about open.
