In a world where insomnia nights and racing thoughts are too common, an energy healer for the stars believes it is crucial to “detoxify” anxiety before bedtime.

“Anxiety tends to accumulate because people have been taken from their day, and sleep with it, and then get up the next day and they really hunt enough, and the anxieties of the previous day. A spiritual coach and energy healer for celebrities such as Tony Robbins and Jessica Alba, told The Post.

One of the rituals for which an ancient element is swear to calm the mind: fire.

“The routine that I have seen that works a lot for people is a fire ritual in which the names of the people who have affected them that day, in which I am thinking, they stressed the Bitations.

“Then they establish the intention of releasing that energy from their body and burn the paper. There is something in burn that child of transutes that energy, and feel it is released.”

Child points out that many people, when they do something like this, “do not think about it as an energy work”, but that is precisely what it is.

And although it sounds like the new most popular welfare trend, energy work is actually as old as time, with fire rituals that date back to the ancient civilizations that considered fire as a sacred and transformative force.

In Védica India, a period approximately 1500 to 500 a. C., the god of fire, Agni, central for spiritual offerings and seen as a messenger between and the divine was.

Similarly, in Zoroastrismo, a religion that originated in ancient Persia, the fire remains a symbol of purity and remains burning in the temples today.

In many indigenous cultures, from the Americas to Australia, ceremonial fires are used for cleaning, stories narration and connection with ancestral spirits.

Even now, the rituals of fire are practiced worldwide: in the “Hiwatari” ceremonies (Fire walk) of Japan, at the stake of Eastern Europe that mark the spring weet and in the Tibetan practice of burning effigies to a symbolic negativity.

Despite cultural differences, these traditions share a common thread: fire as a tool to let go, transform energy and renew the spirit.

But if this is not for you, don’t worry.

Child believes that any technique that helps release negative energy before bed therapy to cut the cord to a short walk ensures that you get a better sleep night.
