A woman from Georgia was arrested after the investigators discovered disturbing images of a young child in her care harassed with belts and yarn, only months after she was handcuffed for giving the child grab, the police said.
Brooke Morgan Bestpitch, 24, was Friday due to childhood cruelty positions after the horrible videos and photos also showed the tall upset woman who threw the child by the neck with a dog tab, according to the Hall County office, the Fox office.
