As part of President Trump’s operation, Take Back America, a team of federal agents arrested a accused child sexual criminal. The Ecuadorian citizen, present illegally in the United States, was accused of more than 20 positions of sexual crimes against a minor before being released in the streets by a District Court of Lawrence Massachusetts.

Officers with the application of immigration and customs of the United States, together with the federal partners of the drug control administration and the alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosive agency, arrested Gilberto Avila-Jara, 64, in Lawrence April. According to ICE, Avila illegally entered the United States near San Ysidro, California, in February or 1996.

In March of that year, Avila-Jara was arrested by the immigration authorities at the Los Angeles International Airport and, in a matter of weeks, was ordered to Ecuador by an immigration judge of the United States Department of Justice. Avila-Jara was retired from the United States in July 1996, but took into account the United States at a time and place unknown at some point later.

The Lawrence District Court in Massachusetts prosecuted Avila-Jara on December 18, 2020, accusing him of more than 20 criminal crimes, including the assault of Sangria and the aggression to a child under 14, the rape of a child with force and the aggravated legal violation of a child. Later that day, immigration and customs compliance agents presented an immigration arrest against Avila-Jara with the Lawrence Police Department, requesting notifications before their release.

According to ICE, the judge of the Lawrence District Court refused to honor detention despite presenting an arrest requesting that Avila-Jara would be delayed and headed to ICE in case of his release. Avila-Jara was released on bail in March 2021 and was free to wander through the streets.

On April 22, 2021, the Superior Court of the Essex County prosecuted Avila-Jara for six positions of the central assault and aggression to a child under 14, eight positions of rape of a child with force and eight charges of aggravating aggravating rape.

Avila-Jara was released until his trial on April 1, 2025. Avila-Jara remains in federal custody, cordination to the authorities.

Speaking about Avila-Jara’s trial, ICE application operations and Boston’s elimination operations, the director of the Interine Field Office, Patricia H. Hyde, emphasized the dangers she raised to the local community, saying: “There are no appropriate words to describe the community of Jara Guy Ilberto-Scarf Massachusett.

The cities and states that do not comply with ice arrest requests can soon face consequences, according to the recent statements made by President Trump. As reported by Breitbart Texas, Trump issued a severe warning in an early social position in the morning that said: “No more sanctuary cities! Protect criminals, not the victims.”

According to Trump, he is now working on a plan to eliminate federal funds for cities and sanctuary states. The president commented more about the matter about the jurisdictions of the sanctuary, saying: “They are messing up to our country and are making fun of the whole world. Working in documents to retain all federal funds for any or state that allows DIEF to allow it to allow!” “
