At least one familiar face was seen at the Fundamental Resentment Hearing of Lyle and Erik Menéndez this week.

Cooper Koch, who portrayed Menéndez’s younger brother in the Netflix 2024 series by Ryan Murphy “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Mendez Story”, was seen entering the court of California on Friday morning, by a clip captured by Fox.

Koch, 28, was seen Walkard the Palace of Justice Van Nys with his partner, Stuart McClave, along with Erik’s wife, Tammi Saccoman, and the stepdaughter, Talia Méndez.

Erik married his wife in the waiting room of Folsom’s state prison in 1999.

The “swallowed” actor became a transparent champion for the launch of the Menéndez brothers after portraying Erik in the Netflix series last year. Actor Nicholas Alexander Chávez played Menéndez’s older brother.

In October, shortly after the then District Prosecutor of Los Angeles, George Gascón, requested the resign of the brothers, Koch issued a statement in support of the subject.

“I am too rejected with gratitude and hope for the progress we have seen today,” the actor wrote in the Instagram’s history of his twin brother at that time. “The Gascon recommendation has lit a renewed sense of the possibility that Lyle and Erik can finally be released after decades after bars.”

“But, this trip is not over,” he continued. “There are still critical steps ahead: the judge supports the ressentation and, if that happens, the probation board must recognize the time they have served as appropriate for the crime.”

The actor added that “he hoped to see” the Menéndez brothers “soon” and “free of all this.”

“Our voices, our unwavering support, are still crucial, not only for the brothers to guarantee their liberation, but also for each victim or sexual abuse they fight,” Koch concluded. “I hope to see Erik and Lyle soon. Free of all this.”

Lock then issued another statement last February after the successor of Gascón, the District prosecutor Nathan Hochman, opposed the request of the Menéndez brothers of a new trial.

“I am deeply concerned about the statement made today by the District prosecutor Nathan Hochman,” the actor “Monsters” written on his brother’s Instagram. “It is still my firm belief that the Meséndez brothers did not resort to a second just judgment and all the evidence that supported their statements of sexual, psychological, physical and emotional abuse at the hands of their mother and their father were not considered.”

“I still have the hope that there is still a way to follow that lead to their freedom,” he added, “so I encourage all his followers to maintain their strong voices.”

Lyle and Erik Menéndez currently fulfill life imprisonment for killing their parents, José and Kitty Menéndez, with a shotgun at his home in Beverly Hills in 1989.

The couple was arrested in 1990, and Lyle, now 57, and Erik, now 54 years old, were sentenced and sentenced to life imprisonment in 1996.

Lyle and Erik, who claim that they killed their parents after suffering sexual abuse at the hands of their father, presented requests so that their convictions reevalue in May 2023 after new evidence supposed in the case.

Besighes Koch, Kim Kardashian has also served as an open lawyer for the liberation of the brothers.
