An Australian fashion brand has been called to celebrate a luxurious influence trip to Coachella, since customers have supposedly gone in Limbo with their orders.

Peppermayo, a Sydney headquarters e-tailer, recently organized a VIP experience for a group of social networks stars.

But the videos of the Annual American Music Festival Palm Spring, a city in California, have flooded complaints from buyers who claim to have found problems with their purchases.

Unhappy customers have bombarded the fashionable brand affordable with requests for responses to a variety of complaints, and many allege that their efforts to contact customer service have failed.

News.com.au has contacted Peppermayo to comment.

Linda Bergmann, a 24 -year -old girl from Gold Coast, says she has not yet received the mini lace dress of $ 129.95 who ordered March 20.

“When I went to buy it online, I said ‘Buy now’, but after my order passed, it changed to ‘pre-pedd’ with a shipping date established for the first week of April,” he told News.com.au.

“I waited for the dress to be sent, but I heard, so I sent an email and the email I received said that my email was successful sent to the customer service.

“Another week I spent, and I still had no idea where my dress was, so I sent an email again and I was tolerated, my email will go to the back of the tail if contact with customer services several times.”

Bergmann felt more and more frustrated, noting that he had seen multiple influencers with the article in demand and began sending messages to the brand’s social media site.

“Since I published about the inadequate customer service in Tiktok, I have had many other girls who send me a message, equally to the international client, saying that the same is happening to them,” he added.

“I asked for the dress for my best friend’s chickens [bachelorette party] And unfortunately I had to make an order with another company.

“It’s very rare because I bought Peppermayo in the past and I never had these problems.”

News.com.au has confirmed the “Mini long -sleeved dress” currently still available to buy at the Peppermayo site as a presale article with a shipping date that appears as “the beginning of May”.

The comments section on Peppermayos Tiktok and Instagram publications is full of customers who share similar claims to Bergmann.

Most seek answers to a variety of complaints, including Conerns of shipping, plots not delivered and unresolved returns.

“Why did you win our orders? I have sent 3 emails,” one wrote three crying emojis.

“Can I have any request for two dresses that I asked for a few months ago for graduation?” Another asked.

As a stressed buyer, he wrote: “Muccling money on influential people to go to Coachella, but I can’t get a refund for a dress that I ordered 1.5 months ago and never received.”

While a bride seems to be commenting on each publication, alerting Peppermayo about the fact that he ordered “17-20 articles” in February for an upcoming destination wedding, but has not yet been sent.

Peppermayo has responded to many of the comments, asking the client that DM directly or that he gives them that he has sent a private response.

Maddi Robertshaw, a 26 -year -old girl from Sydney, echoed online complaints, claiming that his emails with respect to a recent order still does not result in receiving any shipping information.

“Initially, I didn’t even receive an email confirmation until I contacted Peppermayo to confirm that it had been received,” he told News.com.au.

“They finally confirmed my order a few days after placing it, but there were no shipping details.

“They send me an email on three separate occasions since they found where it is, but has no update of the state. It is very frustrating.”

Some clients are so fed up that they have resorted to publish videos that detail the alleged failures in social networks.

A faithful consumer of the Australian brand, which was created in 2012, said he has been buying the retailer for years and never had a problem until recently.

“Does anyone have problems with Peppermayo at this time?” Sydney’s young woman asked in a clip.

“I bought there many times … half of my wardrobe is Peppermayo, but I asked for a dress more than 20 days ago, so it is a bone for almost a month, and I have no updates at all.”

While a customer -based customer said in a “Peppermayo complaint” that while waiting for an “extremely long” for his order, he received no update.

“When I sent them an email asking them to let me know what was happening, they simply replied,” he said.

“It’s crazy for me. He took so long that I asked for a refund … but I still have to recite the code for my credit note.”

Coachella’s trip included a series of influential people based in the United Kingdom, including Love Island UK Starring Lucinda Stafford and Sophie Piper.

None are accused of irregularities and the client’s anger is not directed towards them.

It is common for brands to cover the payment for influence trips, or cover the extenders and provide compensation for participation, with influential people who share their experiences and online content.

The videos published by Peppermayo show them all hoarse in a mansion that comes complete with a pool and bees driven in a brand SUV and enjoying a bar and a full refrigerator.

Last year, the Australian label issued a warning after a student was supposed to be scammed by a “falsified website” that passed the brand.

The American client bought a dress for its formal year of what he thought was Peppermayo, but in reality, the site was called “Peppermayo.”

The brand then warned customers to monitor the false emails that are sent from Gmail accounts.
