The alleged member of MS-13, Kilmar Abrego-García, who was deported by the Trump administration to the notorious Mega Prison of El Salvador, was previously accused of physically abusing his wife who has Fier Cyscey advocating for his release.
García’s wife, Jennifer Vásquez, requested a protection order against her husband in 2021, saying that he hit, stole, grabbed her and shouted, according to judicial documents.
The National Security Department shared Vázquez’s accusations about X, saying that it is evidence that Garcia “had a history of violence and was not the” Maryland man “that the media have portrayed.”
“This member of the MS-13 gang is not a comprehensive figure,” said DHS.
The lawyer who represents Garcia did not respond to requests to respond to the previous accusations.
