Indy 500 qualifying results: Pato O’Ward got what he wanted in qualifying at the Indy 500

Pato O’ward has never started in the first row for the Indianapolis 500.

Until this year.

The Arrow McLaren Driver Booked A Spot In the Firestone Fast Six with A Strong Run Duration the Fast 12 On Sounday AT Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and While He Court Not Catch Robert Shwartzman Or Takuma Sato Ahead of Him, O’Ward In Thejedidd In The Fastde Thirdd O’ward in the Beard in the Beard in the Beard in the Beard in the Progred O’WARD IN THE PROGRED O’WARD IN THE PROGRAMMED O’WARD IN THE PRISADO O’WARDD IN THE PRISADO O’WARDD IN THE PRISADO O’WARDD IN THE PRISADO O’L Indianapolis 500.

That is exactly where I wanted to be.

“I have never lost in the first row for an Indy 500, so this is great. This is literally what I wanted,” O’Ward said in the Post-Califiers report of Arrow McLaren. “Yesterday I told my family that my goal was to start outside the first row. Obviously, I would like to be a beloved pole, but it is a high task. You just know here, it’s always a surprise.

Or Shwartzman became the first rookie to take the pole position from Teo Fabi at the Indianapolis 500 of 1983, and the young pilot lasted his first race weekend in an oval.

This is also the first year of Prema in Indycar.

“I think it is phenomenal what Prema and Shwartzman have done, it is an incredible story.”

However, O’ward believes that he and team No. 5 are “right there” in the mixture for next Sunday.

“As for us, we are there. We have had a fast car throughout the month, and we will continue to have it in the race. We will continue to work on that and see what we can do to happen,” O’ward added.

He will not be the only McLaren driver of Arrow in the first three rows when the 109th Indianapolis 500 begins next Sunday. The teammate Christian Lundgaard was in fasting 12 with O’ward on Sunday, and although he could not advance to Firestone Fast 6, he will begin 500 in P8.

His best previous beginning was 28, which arrived last year.

That was a good day. We are in the race of the first 12 without knowing what to expect with balance, and we end up much more aggressive than this morning, “Lundgaard said.” We wanted to give Pato some of that information for his career, and Het did it until not. 5 Team. At the end of the day, no. 7 Velo Arrow McLaren Chevrolet will begin eighth, which is much better than I have done previously.

“Good to come.”

The director of the Arrow McLaren team, Tony Kanaan, paid tribute to the entire team.

“It is the objective of a solid month, and qualify all the cars in the field is the goal. If you observe our qualification results last year, we had three cars in the first twelve, and today we put two there, but we are, shattered. DIGANTRT.” “But you have Nolan [Siegel] As a rookie in the races because he failed to qualify last year. With Kyle [Larson]We get used to consulting the circumstances a bit conservative during the past week.

“Christian is new in the team that does a great job for us; he has never had a strong car in the Speedway, so his laps were quite impressions. We cannot deny that with our group of pilots we have that Pato is the experienced Myst and the first trustee for the United States with the result, although the car driver in me is a small crazy man, but it is the first start of the first row of duck.

Canaan then closed his comments with a prediction for 500.

“I am proud of all in this McLaren de Arrow team. We have bones establishing the tone with our campaign this month with white cars, and you can see all papaya fans here. The crowd was crazy today. Now we have the photo of the border.

“Then we will win the races next week.”
