A matter of confusion has been whether COVID-19 modern or Pfizer or Astrazeneca and Oxford University can infect the coronavirus caused by COVID-19. The answer is no!
These vaccines only allow the vaccinated person to make a coronavirus protein. A protein is not enough to make a complete virus. Therefore, there is no way that the thesis can make someone infect with Sars-Cov2 or any other virus.
A virus protein can trigger an immune response and this is what these vaccines do. They let the vaccinated person make this viral protein called spike (s) so that the immune system can recognize it and develop a memory of this protein.

This immune memory is in the form of B cells that manufacture antibodies and T cells that recognize peptides (decompose the products) of the S. protein then, with this immune memory, the vaccinated person can combat the infection and not seriously get sick if it is infected by the SARS-COV2 virus that causes COVID-19.
However, this vaccinated person can still infect and spread the virus to another person. The vaccinated person is protected from obtaining the severe form of COVID-19 that makes people enter severe respiratory anguish or die equally. Even if you have an vaccinated leg against COVID-19, keep using a mask! [Update 7 April 2021: Research shows that the vaccines reduce the chance of transmitting the virus if you are asymptomatic.
