The heritage homes carefully preserved by new developments

In all Australia, many new developments are honoring their heritage and incorporating structures for a long time loved by their communities in modern design.

This lovely mixture attracts those who love historical beauty with today’s congratative. From great restorations to subtle touches, these projects show a dedication to the preservation of history while satisfying the needs of modern life.

By celebrating traditional architecture, thesis houses sacrifice unique life experiences that stand out in a world of similar buildings.

Here are three new developments that beautiful retain the past.

Ballamac Coogee, NSW

Located in the Northern Headland of Coogee, Ballamac By Central Element is mixing old and new with its Boutique Eight Houses collection in two buildings.

For almost 175 years, Ballamac House has been a historical icon in the Eastern Sydney suburbs. Its meticulous restoration elegantly reinvents its illustrious spirit, reflecting the charm, authenticity and natural beauty of Coogee.

Now, the new development is Beind the restored sandstone facade of the original farm and is reinvented with patrimonial character and contemporary design.

There are two full field houses called Ballmac Residences and six three -bedroom apartments, the ocean residences.

The houses have high roofs, curved inputs to amplify their greatness, while a restored chimney and a plaster work nod to the history of the area.

It approaches the edge of the water, the apartments have a glass to roof glass doors with impressive views from the island of the wedding cake to the horizon and the interiors of the open plant are connected to the site balconies and oriented to the ocean.

Bougham Gardens, South Australia

The development of Moto Projects presents a collection of 10 apartments and two restored patrimonial residences, a few minutes walk from the protected parks.

The Ebenezer Ebenezer and the Listory Villa of the Local Heritage have been created in two independent houses, and serve as the design center according to the Architects Stallard Meek FlightPath Architects.

The restored Ebenezer chapel has multiple living spaces, a large entrance and marble accents and wooden floors. The reflexive designed plant plane sacrifices flexibility with carpeted rooms, a pantry and wide storage.

Meanwhile, the local house of the Heritage list sacrifices four rooms, three bathrooms plus a dressing table.

An elevator and wide storage guarantee comfort, while multiple areas of life provide flexibility for modern family life.

The new apartments are staggered in the background to reduce the visual impact, while residents can enjoy the views of the Adelaide hills, the horizon of the city and the Cathedral of San Pedro.

Each residence has an open life with elegant stone characteristics, wood floors and lush private terraces.

Fernhurst, Victoria

Located in the suburb of the center of Melbourne or Kew is Fernhurst, a collection of seventeen apartments and three houses, one of the houses, being a restored heritage house.

Angle’s development is placed on a leafy green street in Studley Park and conveniently located near Kew Junction.

According to the developer, due to zoning and heritage restrictions, this is one of the latest removating apartments development sites in this enclosure.

Heritage House, 15 Fernhurst Grove, is a house restored and expanded with four bedrooms, four and a half with a total area or 746 square meters.

The ground floor opens to a spacious patio oriented to the north, which provides a full private garden oasis with an outdoor kitchen and a designated entertainment area, perfect for enjoyment throughout the year.

Inside, the high roofs and an open plant living room have a kitchen equipped with Gaggenau Premium appliances and Brodware tapes, complemented by an ideal scullery for entertainment effortlessly.

The exterior shows a terracotta facade, which mixes wonderfully with the rich brick and highlighted by deep colors.
