Mount Waverley luxe designer home hits market

Custom construction from scratch, this house of the Mount Waverley family in 32a Windsor Ave combines intelligent design with luxurious finishes.

It begins as a land patch and a dream, now this construction of Monte Waverley is arriving on the market for the first time.

After returning from London and getting into a small Southbank apartment with a newborn, Trinh and Marcus Sia were ready to build their family home forever.

They found the perfect block in 32a Windsor Ave, Mount Waverley, a short distance from trains, areas for the best schools and are perfectly placed between both grandparents.

The award -winning six -digit score house

It was, as Trinh Sia recalls, “always destined to be the place where we built our life.”

“We bought the land when we got married and left it for a while living in Southbank,” Mrs. Sia said.

“Once our Daimhter Paige began to crawl, we knew it was time to move, so we built the home with the vision of raising our children here.”

The result is a totally independent and custom house in its own title, established in a block of 416 square meters of low maintenance.

Peter Serafino Listing agent Buxton Mount Waverley said the home ready to move offers buyers the space of a house with the ease of a house.

A central open plant life zone became the heart of daily life for the SIA family, which raised three children in the home designed.

The kitchen is part of an open plan without problems, designed to cook, gather and family connection.

“There are no shared walls, without shared entry and much thought in the plane,” Serafino said.

“That is attractive to elevators, downspouts and professionals equally.”

Built to grow with their family, the SIA designed an open floor ground floor with a central life, dining room and kitchen zone that quickly became the heart of the house.

The backyard and the outdoor area were made for family gatherings, and have organized countless birthday and barbecue parties.

An additional life zone offers children their own retirement, balancing the design of the house between shared and private spaces.

“That’s where everything happens,” said Mrs. Sia.

“Despite trying to make a toy room, children always ended up playing here.

“It is where we have organized family dinners, birthday parties and daily life.”

What began as a three bedroom house evolved as the children grew.

One of the elegant bathrooms of the house has an independent bathtub and premium finishes, designed to feel like a personal spa.

Mrs. Sia said that a free room became the work office of her husband Marcus from the home that returned to Covid, and a part of the master tunic was reconfigured to create a fourth room for her young son, Aiden.

“We knew every centimeter of the plane,” he said.

“We are designed to observe and raise the three children here: Paige, Riley and Aiden. It is emotional to be letting him go.”

Natural light, spotted gum floors and double -glazing stacker doors improve the flow to a sunny patio and covered outdoors, while Upstair sacrifices two separate living areas and a flexible family design.

Stone banks, quality appliances and a prior appointment complete the artist’s kitchen in 32a Windsor Ave.

Peter Serafino de Buxton said the finishing level was what was highlighting buyers at this time.

“The finishing level is what stands out for buyers,” Serafino said.

“From the wooden floors to natural light, it feels like a well -built and very dear house.”

The house is within the coveted secondary university area of Mount Waverley and is minutes from the village of Mount Waverley, the Jordanville station, the schools and the paths to walk.

The gum floors, the double -glazed stacking doors and the natural light make the vital space a prominent in this house of Mount Waverley.

But one of the long -term launch cards is yet to come: the suburban Rail Loop, which will open in 2035, will reduce travel time to the University of Monash and the University of Deakin in about 15 minutes of the house.

“That child or infrastructure adds a serious value,” Serafino said.

“A property like this could see a growth of $ 500,000 to $ 1m during the next decade.”

For Mrs. and Mrs. Sia, the benefits of the area go far beyond the numbers.

“The community has been great, we could walk to the library, local stores, game groups: I didn’t have to load children in the car every day. That made a big difference,” he said.

Once completed, the suburban Rail Loop will connect Mount Waverley to Monash University in just 12 minutes by train through the Glen Waverley station.

The next family movement is not far, only on the other side of Mount Waverley to a house with more outdoor space as their children grow.

But they say that 32a Windsor Ave will always be his first real family home.

“We hope that whoever lives here then feels that warmth at the time they enter through the door,” Mrs. Sia said.

“It really is a special place.”

Windsor Ave’s house has a price guide of $ 1.65m- $ 1.75 million and will be auctioned at 11:30 am on July 5.
