Sex traffic charges against two luxury real estate corridors and his brother expanded now include six victims, including a minor girl, according to an accusation of overcoming presented by Federal Prosecutors of Manhattan the day of origin.

Ears and such Alexander, who reigned on the luxury real estate markets in Miami and New York, as well as Ears Twin Alon Alexander, were initially accused in Manhattan in December and accused or sexual trafficking of two victims by force, fraud or coercion. The three brothers were accused of traffic of the first victim; Such Alexander was accused only of traffic the second.

The new accusation extends the scope of the charges against the three brothers. He says that one or more of the brothers used various strength, fraud or coercion in the traffic of the five women and the girl, and said that the scheme dates back to 2009.

Women and girls, who are not appointed in the accusations, represent only a fraction of federal women’s prosecutors say that the brothers used their wealth and status to attract, drugs and sexually assault and violate two ups and downs.

The three men declared themselves innocent of the initial positions and is expected to be taken back to the Federal Court of Manhattan to be prosecuted for the new positions.

The case, which was with the trial of men in Florida in December, has shaken the high -end real estate industry and has led to the fall of Ears Alexander, 37, and such a 38 -year -old Alexander, who had reached the most important ranks of the largest nations.

Ears and such Alexander helped negotiate the sale of an attic of almost $ 240 million in Manhattan, at that time, the most spending residential sale in the history of the United States. Then they co -founded their own real estate broker, official called. Alon Alexander, 37, did not work in real estate, but socialized with his brothers.

The three men are arrested in a federal detention center in Brooklyn waiting for their trial, that the judge, Valerie E. Caproni, has scheduled for January.

Ears and Alon Alexander also face state positions of sex trafficking in Florida, and both declared themselves innocent. Such Alexander does not face state charges.

The defense lawyers of the brothers offered rapid reprimands on the new positions.

Deanna Paul, a lawyer for that Alexander, said in a statement sent by email that the new accusation “does not change anything”, calling it a “reheated version of the same case” that “does not yet include a conduct that qualifies as sexual trafficking under federal law.” He accused the government of “trying to stretch a statute beyond recognition to adapt to a narrative.”

Richard Klugh, a lawyer for Ears Alexander, referred to the new positions such as “A Swing-And-A-Extra” and a “Fiscal Extoimitation Fiasco”. Howard Srebnick, a lawyer from Alon Alexander, did not immediately respond to a request for comments.

Nicholas Bsell, spokesman for Jay Clayton, the United States interim prosecutor in Manhattan, said the office would refuse to comment beyond his presentations in the Court. Mr. Biase added: “This is an ignition and off investigation; anyone who may have information related to this case can communicate with the 1-800 call the FBI or alexandercase@fbi.gov.”

According to a federal accusation released on the day of their judgment, the three brothers had conspired in sex trafficking for at least 14 years, a window that has now expanded until 2009, according to the new accusation. They declared themselves innocent of all charges in February.

But the new accusation adds several new federal positions, including a position that in May 2009, Alon and such Alexander trafficked a child who was under 18 years old and forced her to participate in prostitution.

According to the government, the brothers sometimes “fixed these sexual aggressions very much anticipated,” attracting victims with the promise of national and international luxury travel and high -end hotels. The women who selected, the accusation continues, were sometimes assaulted or raped “by multiple men, including one or more” of the brothers. Many of the victims were supposedly drugged in advance. After the assaults, the accusation says that women sometimes were offered gifts such as tickets for concerts and “other luxury experiences.”

The accusation also establishes that the brothers of worked with party promoters “to make arrangements so that women and girls attend events or travel with them”, and that some of those women and girls were transported through state and international lines as part of the scheme.

Often, the brothers and other “surreptitiously drugged the women’s drinks,” says the accusation.

“Some of the victims experienced symptoms of deteriorated physical and mental capacity, including movement limitations and speech and incomplete memories of events,” he says.

In addition to federal charges, Ears and Alon Alexander face state charges related to three separate assaults. Both declared innocent of those state positions in December. Ohad Fisherman, a family friend and real estate partner, was named complicit in one of those assaults; The authorities were given in December and will be tried in Miami next month.
