Cardio and Force training are two popular forms of exercise that are different in their objectives, methods and benefits. While cardio focuses on improving cardiovascular resistance and calorie burning, force training is directed to muscle growth and increases strength and power.

Cardiovascular exercises such as running, cycling and swimming are made at a constant pace for a prolonged period and are designed to increase their heart rate and improve cardiovascular health. Cardio is an excellent way to increase its metabolism, improve lung and cardiac function, and improve resistance.

On the other hand, strength training involves lifting weights or using resistance bands to attack specific muscle groups. The goal is to challenge your muscles and develop strength, power and mass. Strength training is also beneficial to maintain a good posture, improve bone density and reduce the risk of injuries.

When it comes to determining when to do each type of exercise, denounces its physical conditioning objectives and personal preferences. If you are looking to improve health and cardiovascular resistance, cardio must be a regular part of its physical conditioning routine. However, if you want to develop muscle strength and mass, strength training should be your main approach, with the cardio used to complement and improve your progress.

In conclusion, both cardio and force training offers unique benefits and must be incorporated into its physical conditioning routine in a balanced way. Cardio is ideal for improving cardiovascular resistance and calorie burning, while strength training is perfect for developing muscle strength and mass. Ultimately, the best combination of exercises for you depending on your physical conditioning objectives and personal preferences.
