From Humble Beginnings to Global Dreams
Born in a middle-class family in Solapur, Sudendu Shah learned the value of hard work early. At just 11, he was already helping his father in the catering business and managing a restaurant at Pune Race Course. Alongside business, his passion for football thrived. He formed a team called “Pride”, which later became a defining name in his business empire.
His leadership extended into coaching, where he established the Pride Coaching Academy. Within two years, it expanded to four branches, marking his first major entrepreneurial success.
Education Meets Enterprise
Shah’s education strengthened his business instincts. He completed a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, followed by dual MBAs in Marketing and Operations Management and postgraduate diplomas in Supply Chain and Export/Import Management.
Instead of pursuing a traditional job, he founded Pride Globaltech Services Pvt. Ltd., an event management company that partnered with brands like INOX, Dainik Jagran, and Aditya Birla Group.

Building the Pride Group of Companies
With time, Shah expanded into domain trading, garments, IT, AI, blockchain, and game development. By 2022, the Pride Group of Companies served over 4,500 clients across 95 countries with offices in India, UAE, UK, and USA.
