Sacre tapped to lead accounting group
$9M-revenue Allinial Global announced Tony Sacre has been appointed as CEO. He succeeds Mark Koziel, who led Allinial Global for over four years and now helms the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants and American Institute of CPAs.

Sacre spent nearly seven years at accounting firm Bentleys Australia and New Zealand, where he was CEO. He also served as CEO of the Sydney Stock Exchange and has served as vice-chair of Allinial Global.
He has a master’s degree in business administration and management from Macquarie Business School in Sydney.

Aerospace Industries Association—$27M-revenue AIA announced two additions to its staff.
Margaret Boatner has been named vice president of national security policy. She has spent over 11 years working for the U.S. Army, most recently as deputy assistant secretary of the Army for strategy and acquisition reform.
Amber McIntyre has joined AIA as senior director of civil space. She most recently served as the director of international space policy for the White House National Space Council. She also worked for NASA in two separate stints.
American Clean Power Association—Tara McGee has been named senior director of federal affairs at $62M-revenue ACP. She joins the group from the U.S. Senate, where she spent three years as tax and trade policy advisor to Sen. Shelley Moore Capito (R-W. Va.).
Association of State and Territorial Health Officials—Susan Kansagra has been named chief medical officer of $70M-revenue ASTHO, effective March 17. She has spent the past nearly eight years at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, most recently as assistant secretary for public health and state health officer. She also spent six years at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
CTIA – The Wireless Association—Tom Herbert has joined $99M-revenue CTIA as director of government affairs. He joins the group following nearly eight years at Americans for Tax Reform, where he most recently served as director of competition and regulatory policy.
National Association of Chain Drug Stores—Terry Arth has been promoted from vice president of member programs and services to senior vice president of member services and conferences. Arth has been with $40M-revenue NACDS since 1991.
National Association of Realtors— $358M-revenue NAR announced two changes to its leadership team.
Matthew Cenedella has been named chief financial officer, effective March 19. He most recently spent nearly 15 years at the Women’s Tennis Association, where he served as chief operating officer and treasurer.
Jonathan Waclawski, who has spent nearly eight years with NAR, has been promoted from vice president of political advocacy to general counsel and senior vice president. Earlier in his career, he served as general counsel to former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R).
