Work day, the software package supplier based on the US cloud -based software is configuring a global capacity (GCC) center in Chennai.
With an investment of around ₹ 220 million rupees creating up to 3,000 jobs, this installation will be a strategic center for the development of products and technology that support the global operations of Workday, focusing on next -generation artificial intelligence technologies, a publication on the social networks presented by the Minister of Industries of Tamil Nadu, TRB Rajaa said on Monday.
Workday is a SAAS company that manufactures software designed to manage business resources planning, human capital management and financial management applications.
Mou signs
The company signed a MOU with TN orientation on Monday.
For the fourth fiscal quarter 2025 and the full year that ended on January 31, 2025, Workday reported revenues or $ 8.44 billion, an increase or 16.4 percent since fiscal year 2024.
Subscription revenues were $ 7,718 billion, an increase or 16.9 percent compared to the previous year, a recent company notes.
