It is not Cricket fever, but Miss World Fever that is passionate about Télangana now, since the State is ready to organize the 72nd edition of the World Miss Festival, scheduled from May 7 to 31.
Hyderabad will serve as the main host city. At the official press conference announced the festival here on Tuesday, Julia Morley, CBE, President and CEO of the Miss World Organization, said: “… This state exemplifies the values of our mission”, beauty with a purpose. “With its rich cultural heritage, vibrant modernity and extraordinary hospitality, Telangana is the perfect partner for this global celebration of beauty, purpose and unity.”
The actor Sonu Sood, who was the special guest, said: “I am especially delighted that the World Miss Organization and the Sood Charity Foundation have joined to collaborate in the dissemination of a cancer free world. This shared Holpfy Globe.”
SOOD will consulted with a duration of the humanitarian award at the festival in recognition of its extraordinary philanthropic contributions through the Sood Charity Foundation. It will also serve as a judge for the grand final, according to the official announcement.
The 72nd celebrations of the Miss World Festival in Telangana will begin on May 6. The opening ceremony will take place on May 10, and more than 100 contestants will be presented to the world.
