Grand Slam Track switches to two-day schedule in Philadelphia

The meeting will take place on May 31 and June 1 in slightly reviewed format

Grand Slam Track has announced the competition calendar for the third slam of its inaugural season, a group of new elite challengers that will compete in Philadelphia, in addition to some changes in the league format for the Slam of Philadelphia.

The Slam of Philadelphia will now place two days, instead of three, from May 31 to June 1, in Franklin Field.

“We have said all the time we want to listen to our fans, athletes and coaches, and having heard comments from several key interested parties, we have made the decision to condense our schedule in Philadelphia in two, high octane and intense days of combat races. We want to be the most flexible, adaptive and fans of fans in sports, and we believe that the thesis changes will improve the experience of the great sat.

Johnson believes that the new simplified competence format of Philadelphia Slam will benefit fans who attend, and spectators at home, providing intense, condensed and high -risk races.

To guarantee the most exciting and competitive confrontations, the long -distance and female long distance career groups will compete in a single 3000 m race.
