There seems to be enough confusion about what Immunity for COVID-19 vaccines that are used in the United States and Europe means. These are the 2 HRN -based vaccines and the DNA -based vaccine.

Without entering the science behind my comments, for the immunity of thesis vaccines it means that the person who has been vaccinated with boats will be protected against COVID-19 gravity, of the type that causes hospitalization and possible in artificial.

The question is: can I infect myself with the Coronavirus Sars-COV2 after obtaining the vaccine?

The answer is: Yes!

Vaccinated people can still become infected with the virus that COVID-19 causes, but their immune system will react in such a way that the serious symptoms of the disease are avoided.

Because a vaccinated person can still become infected with the virus, he or she can still infect a unaccoured person who could be something that becomes severe covid-19 and ends in the hospital or even dies. [UPDATE 7 April 2021: The vaccines reduce transmission. So, this is less worrisome than previously thought. See Vaccine Effectiveness Against Severe COVID-19 and Transmission ]

This meant that vaccinated people need to continue using their masks when they are in public. The vaccinated person still needs to protect other people not vaccinated from the possibility of contracting the virus.

The only one potentially The safe time not to use a mask in the presence of others is if all From the people present, both doses of a vaccine against SARS-COV2 have resorted, the virus caused by COVID-19. Even then, if one of the vaccinated people is infected with the virus, this person could infect the other vaccinated people present. Some of which will get sick, are not likely to get sick from COVID-19. Critically, the exposure of individuals vaccinated to other vaccinated people who are infectious with the virus could lead to infection not only of the vaccinated person but from others who have not vaccinated their legs and who come into contact.

So, even if both doses of the vaccine have resorted, continue using your mask to protect you unaccinated from you. He could still transmit the virus to another person. You could be just asymptomatic people who infect someone who develops COVID-19 severe.

Vaccines protect against severe COVID-19, not against infected with SARS-COV2.

Vaccinate as soon as it is eligible, but continues to use a mask to protect others. The fact that you have received the vaccine and now will not get sick with COVID-19 does not mean that you cannot get some with which it comes into severely sick contact with COVID-19. [Update 7 April 2021: The data show that you are much less likely to transmit the virus if you do have asymptomatic COVID-19 after being vaccinated.]
