More Nugs, please.
When the crispy nuggets of chicken of Taco Bell debuted for the first time in December as sacrifices for limited time, the element of the menu was an instantaneous success and since then, fans have committed the fast food chain to bring them back.
The fast food chain is taking track: the beloved offer will return on April 24 as the first step in a plan to turn them into a permanent menu element by 2026.
When they first launched at the end of last year, almost one in six orders included Nuggets, and there was a national sales sale in less than a week, according to the company.
The precious nuggets, which some have considered Estrella Michelin, are made with completely white meat chicken, marinated in a six years of serum of jalapeño milk and empanada in a crossing mixture of tortilla chips and bread crumbs.
Customers can obtain an offer of five pieces with an immersion sauce or a 10 pieces with two dippers. A combo that includes french fries with Nacho cheese sauce and a large drink is also available.
The sauces include Hidden Valley Fire Ranch, which is the first association of Rancho de Taco Bell, as well as the Bell Salsa (creamy, spicy and tomato-avance) and the jalapiño honey mustard.
For now, the return of the article will only be for a limited time and, while the supplies last.
“The demand for our nuggets was out of the lists, so we are looking to make crunchy chicken permanent to give fans what they tell us what they want,” said Marketing director of Taco Bell, Taylor Montgomery, in a statement. “We know that we are not the usual name in crispy chicken, but our nuggets speak for them: they are bold, different and unmistakable taco Bell.”
