Cate Blanchett could be leaving Hollywood sooner rather than later.
The “Black Bag” actress, 55, discussed her next career movements in an interview with Radio Times that will be launched on Sunday, April 20. He insisted that it is “serious” about leaving the performance because there are “many things” in it.
“My family puts my eyes blank every time I say it, but I say it seriously,” Blanchett said, according to the standard. “They seriously give me the performance. [There are] Many things I want to do with my life. “
Blanchett has been married to her husband, the Australian playwright and screenwriter Andrew Upton, 59, since 1997. The couple shares three children, Dashiell, Roman and Ignatius, and a daughter, Edith.
While the actress of “Lord of the Rings” has won two Oscar and has nominated Bone for six more, she revealed that she is not crazy for being a celebrity and all the aspects that implies being famous.
“When you go to an interview program, or even here now, and then see Soundbites of the things you have said, taken out and in itch, they sound very strong,” Blanchett explained. “I am not that person.”
“I have more sense in motion,” continued the actress of “Blue Jasmine”. “It has been a long time to feel remotely comfortable with the idea of being photographed. I have always felt that I am on the periphery of things, so it always surprises me when I belong anywhere. I go with curiosity in any environment in which I am, I do not hope to be accepted or welcome.”
“I have spent all my life feeling sincere with the feeling of feeling uncomfortable,” he added.
Altheghett Blanchett did not say exactly when he plans to “give up the performance”, it would not be the first time he hinted at the possibility.

“I think female producers have more agency,” Blanchett told Business Insider on March 24. “There are more women in the writing room, and the more the industry is at the base level, when things develop, the more exciting it is for the public.”
“I think there is ageism and sexism in each industry,” he added. “I only think we are a very public industry.”
