A retail store in Scottboro, Alabama, is giving a new life to the lost luggage by reselling articles left by travelers.
The un claimed luggage has published “The Found Report”, which details unique and valuable articles that remain while sharing trends that the group has noticed.
Sonni Hood, senior manager of Public Relations and Communications, told Fox News Digital that the report “provides a platform for us to share the changes in culture that we are seeing year after year.”
Among the list of odd items left by the flyers: a lyophilized chicken foot, a toilet seat, a complete $ 2 ticket sheet without cutting, a rattle snake preserved in a jar of whiskey and silicone pads.
The retailer takes possession of non -claimed bags only after an “extensive” 90 -day search for the owners, then prepares the items for sale for sale.
Some historical items have also found their way to the store in Alabama.
A script from the 1985 film “The Goonies”, a 1941 newspaper cut from the attack on Pearl Harbor and a letter signed by former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt of 1944 were identified.
