San Francisco is still very good in softball.

The Lancers could not win the Michelle Carew Classic that competed last weekend in Anaheim. But this week in Liermander, the best classified lancers showed that they are still a force to take into account in the bay area.

Facing numerous higher teams of the bay in the Liermore Stampede, No. 1 St. Francis was 6-0, finishing his perfect tournament career with a 6-0 victory over Whitney High School to ensure the championship.

The two racing single from Hayden Hummel with two outs in the first entrance began the lancers, giving San Francisco a 2-0 advantage.

The first year student Mercedes Coller launched five innings without hits to win the victory for St. Francis in the championship game. The Junior Hailey Nguyen relieved her and released two perfect tickets to seal the victory.

Ava Bulanti Senior released a complete game of a batter in the victory of the semifinal 8-0 of the Lancers over Casa Grande.

San Francisco (16-2) was added in the second when Maya Yumiba was caught in a summary of a second robbery, but hero enough for Maya Meltz to score. The launch went home and both runners were safe, extending the entrance.

The Lancers added one more race in the fifth, since Bulanti set Peyton Tsao with a single to the center. Two more found themselves in the room when Jamie Oakland led to the Emi Yumiba pinch corridor, then Tsao doubled the Oakland home to climb 6-0.

In the other final games of the tournament, Liberty and Casa Grande faced the third game, with the result not yet ended at the time of publication. Lemmore beat Benicia 9-5 in the fifth place game.

Sheldon surpassed San Ramon Valley 5-4 in the seventh game. Granada beat Alameda 5-4 in the battle for ninth.

Mitty triumphed at the University in battle for 11. California beat Amador Valley 4-3 to finish 13th. Carondline exceeded the 4-3 freedom to take the 15th.
