Legal hell for landlords and more: Letters

Hell of the owner
As owners of commercial properties, my family and I have resisted the new rules of “revenues they produce”, notices deliberately convened and unanswered emails and emails (“Bronx Burny again?” Kenny Burgos, Postpinion, April 7).

We follow the judicial procedure that was carried out for nine months to evict a tenant whose business was open and operational, but stopped paying the rent and other positions.

Then we retreated a judgment for possession. You can believe that we could enter the facilities we have, change the locks and try to rent the space, right? Mistaken. Now he hopes that an order for the Marshal to begin this process, and the estimate is five to six months to obtain a signature for a court order.

Could anyone be charged in a year without income? I think no. The person who breaks the law (the tenant) is rewarded again and again, and the respectful owner of the law is written.
Mindy K. Reyes, Manhattan

Empire Wind Woes
With a list of three columns of the damage that will be caused by this project of the Empire on the high seas, how can you give the green light to their own (“Danger in the sea”, Bonnie Brady, April 11)?

I am in favor of intelligent energy but not at the expense of tithing our oceans. As horrible as the one mentioned in this revealing article, whales are permanently restarted by turbines and the process of installing them.

I realize that we need progress. But not at the expense of innocent ocean lives.
Donna Skjeland, Holbrook

Madness without stopping
Not content with kneecapping police with pro-criminal bail laws and revolving-door justice, ort Albany legislative geniuses now want to prevent officers from stopping and or or or searching drivers about such issues as search Headlights, Missing Windights, Missing Tintights, Mising Mising Tintights, Missing, Missing, Windshields, Missing, Windlights, Missing, Misselhields, Missing, Misselhields, Missing, Misselthields, Misselthields, Missel, Misselthields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields, Misselhields. MISSELHIELDS, MISSELHIELDS, MISSELHIELDS, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL, MISSEL. Violations (“Banning Cop’s bill critics stop”, April 7).

The legal stops of the car avoid crime and improve safe driving. And, of course, the reason why he was sacrificed for this proposed bill is that the police are racially biased. If the police ignore the type of thesis violations, you may be sure that public security will be at risk.
Joseph Valente, Staten Island

RIP, Bob Mcmanus
I regretted knowing about the death of Bob Mcmanus (“Post’s” Voice “passes at 81”, April 6).
Their columns were rigorous and common intellectual models or approaches for any topic to address.

His humanity was always discernible inside the hard mind, so the reader knew that he was receiving hot air without practical or cynical posture.

He must have carried a great privilege to share office space with him. I feel that he was a real unconditional in Dark Days thesis for printed journalism. A true professional, and much more. Rest in peace.
David Rabinovitz, Brooklyn

Recover Title IX
Meghan McCain is successful, since it is related to the transmits that compete in women’s sports (“cannot transcend this”, April 4).

It matters little about the number of cases; The integrity of women’s sports has changed forever without the support of McCain and other high profile followers.

In the 1960s huge Striden were made to begin the process of winning access and scholarships for organized sports at the central level. This finally led to title IX in 1972. Therefore, here we are, 58 years later, at the edge of sabotaging everything that won for women in sports.
