Peterson, 34, will be in Arizona on Monday to retire as a member of the cardinals, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The news occurs only a few days after the corner, who played for the last time with the Steelers in 2023, alluded to return through a series of Instagram videos that show his time in the cardinals.

One of his videos carried the legend: “It was nothing like taking flight with the bird’s gang on Sundays. See you next week @azcardinals”.

Duration in his time with Arizona, Peterson was appointed All-Pro Three three times and was selected as a professional duration of Bowler each of his first eight seasons.

After spending two seasons in Minnesota, Peterson played for Steelers in 2023.

It was cut before the 2024 season and did not sign another place for last season.

Before last season, Peterson told journalists that he was willing to make a change of position to continue his career.

“Well, that is always my motto of a child or leg, just when I was a young puppy in the league when I really had the opportunity to show my different talents,” Peterson said in 2024 about the possible game security. “But with the Pittsburgh Steelers and coach Tomlin gave me the opportunity to do that, and I feel that I stood out quite well in the position, so I am that guy who is willing to play wherever, whenever I need to play.”

Peterson finishes his career with 36 interceptions, 122 defenders and 652 cups in 201 games, presenting a strong case for the Hall of Fame of Professional Soccer.
