For example, a donor with $ 1 million in annual revenues donating $ 133,000 for the expansion of the Charter school obtains a fiscal credit or $ 100,000.

The measure could be folded in a Budget bill. Republican.

Both Tenney and Malliotakis sit in the Media and Media Committee of the Budget Representatives Chamber.

“Charter schools have a proven history of success, working to ensure that each student, regardless of their postal code, has the opportunity to success,” said Tenney.

This legislation could triple the number of children enrolled in Charter schools throughout the country in 6 million, from 6% to 18% of the population of public schools, Tenney added.

“Parents know what is better for their children, and by providing parents with options, we can improve educational results throughout our country,” he said.

There are 149,000 students who serve 281 Autonomous Schools in New York City, which represent 15% of public school students. The State imposes a limit on the number of autonomous schools that can open in the city, and that limit has already tied.

“Autonomous schools throughout the country, especially here in New York, face a demand that exceeds their capacity,” Malliotakis said.

“I am proud to join the Tenney representative to introduce this legislation to ensure that students and families have greater access to the school of their choice, while ensuring that taxpayers see a strong return of investment in public education.”

The bill is also supported by representatives. Burgess Owens of Utah and Kevin Kalley in California, who sit on the camera education panel and influence matters of policies related to the school.

Eva Moskowitz, founder of the Charter School Network of the SUCCESS Academy praised the bill, noting that it complements the Childhood Education Choice Law.

This bill proposes a 100 percent fiscal loan, a complete reimbursement of “donations” to non-profit organizations known as scholarship organizations (SGO), which are then used as coupons to provide free or reduced registration in private schools of K-12.

“Together, these policies will demonstrate the universal choice of school as a national priority,” said Moskowitz, whose network of the Success Academy Supervises 57 schools that enroll 22,000 students, mostly low -income students.

Republicans are usually stronger sponsors of school choice programs than Democrats, which are generally married to finance traditional public schools than publicly financed autonomous schools, but privately administered or subsidizing private schools or parishes.

According to reports, Trump supports the bill, which could be the muscle to make the Fiscal Credit Programs of the School of the Land, in accordance with the sources.

“I want all parents in the United States to have power to send their child to the public, private, the author or faith of their choice. The time for the choice of universal school has come. As we return education to the United States, I will use the power of rejection that I have I have to say,” the educational platform last month.
