Shaquille O’Neal and Dwight Howard reportedly squash beef following Hall of Fame induction

It seems that there could be a truce in the battle for the superman of the NBA.

Shaquille O’Neal and Dwight Howard seem to have behind them their pictures of the years after the induction of the 39 -year -old player to the Basketball Hall of Fame earlier this week.

O’Neal called Howard “My Guy” in an episode of “The Big Podcast with Shaq” Thursday, saying that he plans to go out eight times All Star for his induction of the Hall of Fame.

Howard asked if O’Neal, along with other great men in the Hall of Fame, could escort him during the ceremony.

“Shaq thank your man, it will be an honor to have you Kg, Drod, Hakeem and Kareem accompany me to the skies of basketball,” Howard wrote in X earlier this month.

“I will be there,” O’Nal said in his podcast in response to Howard’s request.

This exchange occurs only a few months after the couple’s dispute intensified largely, and Howard mentioned the possibility of a physical hood.

As invited in “The Gauds Show” by Ray Daniels in January, Howard explained how he has bone unable to crush his beef with O’Neal.

“The respite never lacked,” said Howard, who left the NBA to play abroad in 2022, he said about Shaq. “But he has always had something to say. There are times when the Goths bother me and I say that” Shaq, this has to stop, man. “I tried [talk to him].

“At this point, I say:” Do we need to throw our hands? What are we doing? “Because never, the only thing with Shaq is to imitate his voice. Is it going ahead and disputes?”

O’Neal and Howard disputes began when both were still playing in the NBA with the speech surrounding the nickname of “Superman”, which was associated with Shaq Duration their best moment.

Howard adopted the nickname when he entered the League, with O’Neal criticizing him for not being dominant enough to take the homonym.

“That is what I hate most is the fact that he always thought he was trying to be or be like him,” Howard said. “But again, if I wanted to be you or be like you, should you take that as a compliment and show how good you are as a player or person? I never wanted to be Shaq at any level. Now, do you have life and my whistle of him? Yes.
