KIAN84 (real name: Kim Hee-Min) He is a popular cartoonist in South Korea, so popular that he has called the Korean headquarters of Netflix, with executives who tell him the idea of creating a bed and breakfast from scratch. Here is the turn: whatever conceives, Netflix will build it for him.
Opening shot: We see the author of the Kian84 website scribbating his B&B dream on a tablet.
The yeast: The B&B will be built on the incredibly picturesque Ulleungdo Island, and we see Kian take a ferry there, then lead to where the B&B will be built, a boat docked on the north coast of the island. When what hears, hey, imagine a climbing wall at a second floor entrance, outdoor sleep arrangements, fire posts are the only internal transport that adheres the first and second floor, a huge krazin.
You also need a two personnel, and hey Netflix to use their attraction to find some “famous worldwide.” They manage to do exactly that, bringing Jin, a member of BTS. The other staff member is Ji Ye-Ye, member of the cast of the Korean version of Saturday night live.
Six months after that first meeting, Kian meets Jin and Ye-Ye in a ferry to the island, and shows him the drawings he made. Once they arrive at the barge, only Kian has to laugh at the fact that Netflix made the place almost exactly when he entered.
But a typhoon is approaching, and with the first group of guests, who auditioned to be in the program, knowing that Kian’s mad vision are on their way. Then, the plans for the first night change rapidly, and the first night is in the “annex” in the mountains. We return to Kian using a mourning monorraíl that looks like a rusty walk in the recreation courtyard, finding a broken hut with a fire well in the middle of the kitchen. It is a leg renewed a little, but the fire well is still there, the wall between the homes such as the barracks and the kitchen, however, now it has gone, and there is no chimney.

OUR TOMA: Kian b & b b & b It is designed to be silly and cheerful, with some sentimental moments between nonsense. How can it be something else when the real streamer is at the expense of building what one of Kian’s “personal” said seemed an attraction of the theme park, strictly based on Kian’s sketches?
We know that the guests to this B&B, and the annex, which we will reach in a second, are not reading exactly this on a tripadvisor list. They know what they are getting into, given who is designing it, but judging by the first group of guests who meet the disventgested monorraíl in the mountains, even knowing what they are getting into.
But what we suspect will happen is that Kian, the “personal” and the guests will work together so that living with that crazy barge is an experience for the ages. Even if some of the guests express a certain frustration, it seems that this might not last lung.
Will some people go? Maybe. But we have to keep in mind that this is not a competition; It is this group of people who live together in a crazy situation and seeing which of them take it for the challenge that is Meean.
By the way, we were pleasantly surprised by the idea of the mountain annex. First, its rustic nature, Ahem, is a good contrast with the Playhouse style of the main B&B. It was mainly renewed so that it can be used if the seas are too rough for the barge to leave on a certain night. But it is also there to provide incredible views of the ocean and show how beautiful it is Ulleungdo Island. We suspect that we will see the group visiting the annex a bit for that reason alone.

The majority of the pilot line: We would have liked to have seen a couple of minutes on how Netflix built the B&B barge. It seems that he was made with shipping containers, but it would be fun to see how Kian’s vision gave life. We may see it sprayed through later episodes.
