The increase in housing prices and a limited supply of independent houses are promoting a change in the behavior of the buyer that is giving way to a “new generation of attached houses.”

According to the position ownership, the sales agent for many residential projects Boutique de Brisbane, this type of product is attracting a strong interest of buyers seeking comfort and space without the maintenance of traditional houses.

The descents, in particular, are licking features such as garages for four cars, whole suites of whole floor and larger than Life Butler’s Puties.

“We are seeing a real increase in the demand of townhouses that sacrifice house proportions with surprising architectural characteristics,” said Richard Lawrence position director.

“Buyers want the space and lifestyle of a traditional house, without maintenance. Rights in particular are attracted to the appeal of low maintenance, while they continue to enjoy multiple rooms, private barrels outdoors and double garages that feel like like.” “” “” “” “

“This new generation of attached houses that are delivered in the center of the city, where people want to live, is redefining urban life.”

Lawrence said that the attached houses were an “intelligent alternative” to renew an older house, especially for occupied professionals and young families who did not have the time or the budget to address the important improvements.

“These houses come to the move ready with the latest design trends, energy efficiency and none of the unknowns that you get with older properties,” he said.

The construction moves rapidly in a boutique development of attached houses that is now 50 percent sold in southern Brisbane, thanks to the interest of ‘rights’.

Some of the houses in Parkside Residences Yeronga are already finished and ready for residents to move to the collection of three bedrooms with three -level villas, developed by JGL Properties.

The project comes the 22ha Yeronga Memorial Park, just 5 km from the Brisbane CBD and a short distance, coffees and retailers.

The managing director of JGL Properties, John Livingstone, said that development was demonstrating to be popular among local buyers looking for “a property driven by life without compromising space or quality.”

“This is a unique opportunity to offer premium houses for the owners of the containers right next to one of the most emblematic parks of the city,” Livingstone said.

The attached houses are priced at $ 1,369 million and have garages of two cars, private courtyards and landscape gardens, with a selection of houses offered as absolute property titles.

There is also a limited collection of villas the size of a house, which offers blocked garages of three cars, second living rooms, studies and internal elevators.

Designed by Arkhefield, the attached houses are inspired by the Yeronga Queenslanders classic, combining heritage elements with a modern design and with sintering stone benchps, elegant cabinets and high -end European appliances.

On Taringa, Beatrice Residences is also close to completing, only nine houses attached with a mixture of three and four rooms with garages for four cars.

Located in Beatrice Street, they also have internal elevators, areas of being separated, whole floor suites and outdoor kitchens.

Developed by creation, prices begin at $ 2.34 million.

The residents of Brisbane, Juliette and Wayne Jericho, bought a three -level villa in Parkside residences as part of a lifestyle movement.

“We are semi-stirred and we are looking to simplify,” said Mrs. Jericho. “Our current house, with a large garden and pool, has become more than we need.

“We wanted” correct size “without losing the quality we are used to.”
