Despite the climate, four local families competed for the keys, and two exceeded the price far beyond the figure of $ 3.95 million in the market.

Located in approximately 815 square meters, the double front front house combines original marble chimneys, ceiling roses and corridor arches with a luxurious renewal completed about 15 years ago.

Behind its terrace and a front fence with an iron height is a gas and solar pool with heating, a spa pavilion, commercial outdoor kitchen and a roof terrace.

The formal room shows one of several original marble chimneys preserved the large -scale renewal of the house.

A theater room above and a roof terrace overlooking the city helped establish this Camberwell house, the auction campaign.

It also presents a theater room, a guest suite of the ground floor field and a garage feature in the basement of four cars that help it stand out among the prestigious offers in the suburb.

The four bidders were closely, with the possible house insured by a local family.

The vendors, who now reduce the size, were supported by their extended family that revolved the auction and described as private but warm, with the neighbors who fell to the door the campaign to share good memories of the home and the people in it.

Set in private a high wall and automatic doors, the house of the era of the Victoriana Double Front Victorian era combines heritage charm with modern luxury.

A pool with gas and energy heating, the spa pavilion and the commercial outdoor kitchen of commercial grade create a retreat in the resort style rear.

Ray White Balwyn’s auctioner Brad Cooper, said it was an emotional day for vendors, but the result was a will to the quality of the property and its location just a few steps from Camberwell Junction and near the best schools and transport.

The property is also Camberwell High School area.

A garage in the basement of four cars offered a serious appeal of the buyer, especially in an internal location of East Herald Sun.

The main bedroom has a betrotion tile bath with Spa, one of the five bathrooms through the expansive family home.

Despite the humid climate, Cooper said the auction worked without problems inside thanks to the wide design of the house, with several large areas of life, which made it feel more like a party than a sale of properties.
